"We had booked 2 rooms for 5 people. The hotel rooms were poorly lit and the bathroom needed repair. The bathbub was rusty in one room and the other room had a big stain over the toilet which was gross. Also I have never seen just a flat sheet on the bed.In the middle of the night the sheet came undone and I was practically sleeping on the bare matteress which was also terrible.
The rooms we were in #270 & 172 smelt of stale smoke which came in from the stairwell. I did complain to the staff at the front desk in the morning but they asked me if I would like a complimentary cup of coffee which I declined as we were leaving for the airport. I would definately not stay at a Hyatt location again."
