Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price."

"We had a good time at the Zafiro Cala Mesquida hotel with the family. Everything is available for kids to have fun and enjoy their meals. The pools and proximity to the beach was great! The rooms were large and comfortable. The only downside is that we didn't feel as if we were in Spain. I would have loved a little bit more of the Spanish culture and language. Also the restaurant closes at 9pm which we felt was a little bit early. "

"My stay at The Grupotel Amapola was my first time going all-inclusive and it didnt disappoint. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and very well presented - which continued into the room which was spacious, had a wardrobe and drawers, a private bathroom with walk in shower and a balcony. Everything from ameneties to the food to staff was spot on - so much so my partner an i originally went for 5 days and extended to 8!! "Staff very helpful. Considering I'm mainly vegetarian there was a great choice for breakfast and dinner. I didn't realise there was a sister hotel 2mins away to go for Spa facilities and you have to pay €1 for a towel or borrow for €10 from the hotel lobby where I stayed. Found this inconvenience. The sister hotel also has entertainment which wasn't mentioned until I enquired. The photos do not say on the website which hotel each photo is linked to. I wanted to hire a bike but the shop...
