"The property had amazing views and great food selection and service. we did the all inclusive which was great. The tv wouldn’t stream the entire time after multiple maintenance visits. no chrome cast of apps like netflix, Prime… already on the tv. The rooms are clean but very dated. The bed barely fits in the master bedroom. They never answered the phone when we call the front desk the entire stay. lastly when we checked in the had us sit down at the remote desk they pushed penthouse upgrade. If...
