Charlotte was incredibly informative and passionate in answering our local questions of which her knowledge was invaluable to us. Lovely room we had, being hyper critical it is an old building so the bathroom layout meant you couldn't really have a shower, so bathing it was instead. Had a wonderful stay, highly recommended. "Check in was easy, room was clean, parking was easy to organise. I really enjoyed the use of the pool and my buffet breakfast. Rooms are a bit dated, no AC and there are no plug sockets by the beds for charging phones."
