The room was a good size but not particularly clean. The dining staff was really lovely and food (at breakfast and dinner service) was delicious. The front desk staff were not helpful and made errors in charging me for add-ons. Additionally, they have not sent an invoice for those add-ons even after I requested it and left my email with them. It was fine, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff are excellent very friendly extremely helpful, location is brilliant & the hotel is clean, the room we were in was lovely but on closer look there was abit of flaking paint and the silicone round the shower either needed a good scrub or replacing, WiFi was non existent in the hotel room although said connected it wouldn’t work until we were in the bar or lobby area. Apart from that lovely hotel and lovely stay.

The hotel was generally well conditioned with good breakfast variety! My room for some reason wasn’t cleaned the next day despite me getting back quite late from work commitments but I just had to bring this to a staff member’s attention and it was sorted straight away!
