Loved the small gym and the safe parking for our car rental, which had access straight into the building via an elevator which made it easy with all our luggage. Great hotel staff and bar- you can get a free drink at the bar if you don’t need house keeping over the 2 days. Just asked for extra coffee capsules when needed!"

"Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. This is basic hospitality and they completely failed. The staff didn’t even offer a simple apology or any sort of compensation,...
