"Great place! Have no complaints whatsoever."

"Unique property that has incorporated many Japanese style and functional elements. The baths are quite nice and well appointed. Unfortunately, the property has made no progress on its outside pool, as it is still closed/under construction for an extended period of time. The rooms are a good size, but the TVs are too small for the size of the room. Restaurant is unfortunately understaffed, but service is polite and professional. I would stay here, again, but do hope they are able to get...

"We did not stay at this hotel- cancelled reservation upon check in . The receptionist was rude and did not accommodate someone with a disability and was unprofessional. The hotel charged the card and we did not stay there. The hotel is under construction and the pool and whole area is under construction. The hotel is located next to a busy loud road."

"I was disappointed with the condition of the bath room. A broken and repaired lid on the toilet. A long hair on the towels and the shower/tub was in bad need of reglazing. I took pictures, which I can send. I also showed the photos to the front desk upon check out. The front desk agent apologized."

"This was unfortunately one of the worst experiences. I should have did better research on this place. I did book this place by mistake. however, we decided to try it anyway. Everything posted online was very misleading. The room we got smelled so bad as if there was water damage. Who ever stood there last you can smell they were smokers. This place is outdated and needs to be better maintained. We felt very uneasy there. I have to for credit to the manager for at lease hearing me out and doing...
