"The whole area was very beautiful and well kept. There were 2 hotels, private Gastronomic University, church and Roman remains. The sister hotel was 4 star and had a nice restaurant and bar. Something you shouldn’t miss is the “wine bank” where they store ca 100000 bottles of wine from different parts of Italy. You are able to visit and they have wine tasting and a shop. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed."

"This was a highlight on our drive from Lyon to Nice. In the charming small town of Fossano Italy, this beautiful former monastery was a special treat. "Beautiful views in a town high up surrounded by grapes. Friendly owner didn't speak English but managed to show us where to park. The most memorable part of the experience was the restaurant downstairs - excellent, local dishes. One of the best meals we had in Italy. Waiter shaved truffles onto our pasta!"

"Una posto dove si sta bene e ci si sente a casa. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, la posizione è bella, immersa nella natura, lontana da rumori. La casa dispone di un giardino bello e grande. La camera era pulita, il letto e i cuscini comodi. Le ceramiche del bagno stupende! La colazione abbondante, e c’erano le brioche con la marmellata fatta in casa.
