"We stayed at this hotel wanting to stay close to Marco Polo airport for next day flight. I would give this hotel 5 stars plus! It is a great location close to airport with a shuttle. "The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant! We needed a taxi with a lot of luggage to get to the airport early in the morning and they scheduled it for me with no problem. When I booked the room I thought it was a bedroom and an area to sleep in (living area) just for some privacy/extra room. But it was 1 room with 3 beds. It was fine for what we were staying there. The place is very quaint and close to airport."

However, the staff was super helpful, friendly, and helped to coordinate a group shuttle to the airport the next day. The front desk even provided some recommendations for restaurants in the area.
