"Our room had a lounge area with a floor lamp but the lounge chair was missing. When I asked for a lounge chair I was told they were sorry ours was missing but they didn’t have any to replace it. The overall condition of rooms looked “tired”. Someone needs to update the rooms to The chains standard."

"Great hotel overall! The only downside is the parking. There is no on-site parking, so you have to use a nearby public garage. This can be especially challenging if you’re traveling with children, a stroller, or a lot of luggage, since you’ll need to carry everything from the garage to the hotel. Other than that inconvenience, we had a great stay."

"Everything was nice and clean, the staff were friendly and fast with customer service, and the only downfall of the rooms was not much light. Other than that, our stay was perfect."

"The hotel was nice and clean. It's not in a great area, but there is a lot of construction and seems like the area is getting a facelift. Real convenient off the 880 freeway. Lots of food options within 10 miles. But breakfast at the hotel was a great start to the day."

"The lication is great, the staff was very nice. For breakfast they were efficient but at the times we went it was always very full. Part of the reason we booked it, was the thinking we could relax after a day out in the pool. As where there is a pool, finding a lounger is like winning the lottery. We had a room with a balcony, overlooking a busy road, so as it is a balcony it's not really usable. As well the hotel is advertised with free wifi and pool, but once you are there you pay your daily...

"I always enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff are really friendly, the hotel is very clean and they have FULL LENGTH MIRRORS! I really enjoy their breakfast. My only complaint is the the elevator is ungodly slow."
