"Our room was beautiful, the pool was beautiful and a perfect temperature, the grounds wonderful and the service exceptional. It is a gondal ride or a golf cart from the beach. And even more pools and restaurants. That takes some time but we had a text service to notify when we needed rides and answer questions. It was a top notch experience. And not very busy since the theme park is not opened yet. I highly recommend!"

"El servicio del hotel es espectacular. El personal es super amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Estuve por el Ironman 70.3 y lo recomiendo 1000%. Se abrió una cena con opciones para los triatletas y en la madrugada tipo 4:30 am colocaron un desayuno especial para el evento. En ubicación fue excelente muy cerca de la salida y meta del evento. La vista al mar fue increíble hasta pudimos ver delfines y ballenas desde el balcón de la habitación. Totalmente recomendado. "

"This was our third trip to Casa Velas. We thought it couldn't get any better and then we saw the new breakfast menu and wine list. So glad to have some lighter options for breakfast, and the new wines are excellent. Of course it’s the staff that always makes us want to keep coming back. Notably, Camila, Gerardo, and Omar at breakfast; Enrique, Carlos, and Antonio at Tao; Avaldo and Ramon at the Aqua Bar; and Daniel, Gerardo, Rigo, Rosacio at dinner.
