"Normally in the past my stay has been very good, but this time I'm disappointed. The hot water was not available for any extended period of time. Maintenence came to the room ran the water for 5 minutes before hot water became available. It was only 5 minutes after I was already running it for 5 minutes. We had to take quick showers because we never knew of the hot water was going to become cold. We had to plan our showers accordingly to make sure we didn't have to rush to be somewhere. We didn't want to change rooms because we thought we could deal with it, but it became harder to predict the hot water status. Also we didn't want a room near the elevators. They are very loud. I could hear them from my corner room. I hope this was a one off situation. The hotel is in a great location and is otherwise a good hotel to stay with."
