"This is a lovely and clean hotel with wonderful staff. The only place that they need improvement is in breakfast, they really need to label the foods and those with religious or dietary issues or even vegans/ vegetarians will have a hard time eating here. "I was on the 4th floor, an alarm of some kind at the end of the hallway was beeping consistently each night between 11pm-4am, which could be heard through the door to my room. Very thin, small pillows. Strange, cheap bed frame that slides on the bare floor (no carpet in rooms, which I actually like, feels cleaner anyhow). Doors to the room have large gaps which allow for a lot of noise into the room, walls are thin. Bathroom sink and counter space is extremely small. No available lamp, one light...

"The price is fear but the hotel does not have parking you need to look for one, the neighbour where the hotel is located does not feel safe. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean and functional."

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"The shower was impossible small. The in room coffee maker had to be replaced to work and was not properly working. One night there was a 3:00 AM argument in the hall, the desk clerk told the participants to knock it off, they went outside and continued their argument until 4:00 AM under my window. The desk clerk said they were sorry and would make it right, but so far nothing. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I am tall and skinny so I could almost take a shower but it is crazy...

"The air conditioner needs to be looked at because it makes a screeching sound. For an ADA room, it’s not very ADA. You need more clearance around the bed as only 1 side had the 37” clearance. Bathroom had an acrylic holding soaps balanced between the 2 grab bars. It’s strange that the entrance is in the basement and someone else has to go down to then ask the staff to call the elevator so you can get down. We made it work but it could be better, especially for the price. "
