"Perfect location, great entertainment, all restaurants were open & food was great! Close to shopping places. Hotel provided free rides to different beaches because of the seaweed. Staff was wondering & my beach front room still had amazing views"

"Staff cleaning rooms were unpleasant and argued about giving us towels even though we only had 2 for 4 people. Went to pure ocean for lunch and we were the only people there but staff were unfriendly, seemed disinterested in providing service. Took forever to get drinks and menus and food was super expensive and not worth it. No other restaurants open at the resort so you had to venture off to get food which isn’t always the most convenient when traveling with small children. Divi had a chance...

"The hotel is in a great location & is family friendly but there isn’t much to experience there other than the beautiful pool or spa. The rooms are not as modernized/up to date, our bathroom shower had a leak and the door did not keep water from splashing out. The room service was a bit slow but the staff was very friendly"
