"Austin the General Manager went above and beyond for me. I was having a problem sleeping due to the noisiness of the in-room temperature control system. He sent out and bought a fan so I could have continuous airflow in the room without the use of the heating/cooling system. Thank you Austin for being so responsive to my needs!"

"We used the vallet service for our vehicle...cost a littlenover 114 bucks for 3 days....totally worth it. The staff at the hotel was exceptional, always there to assist if needed and always pleasant. This place is old, so dont expect anything different. That being said, the reno that they have done is classy and comfortable. The old school esthetics is why we stayed here. Close to everything, the only annoyance we had was the amount of bums, begging everywhere. Clean that up Cleveland...no...
