"Hotel was good for a 2-3 night stay for our visit to Mt Rainier, but it is far. The hotel however, is conveniently located within tons of shops and restaurants."

"Our family stayed in the Lacey Holiday Inn Express for 10 days. Overall the experience was positive except the first night. We were traveling across the country and got in late at night (equivalent of 1am where had just flown from). The woman at the desk was rude and asked us twice 'why are you even here', demonstrating a lack of professionalism and clear disdain for the area. Since we were a large family, we had booked 2 connecting rooms and I had spoken with the manager 2 weeks ahead of time...

"The staff and rooms were great. The breakfast was a great experience each day. However, one reason we booked this hotel was to be able to swim. The pool was closed the whole time due to pipes being broken. We sure were disappointed. Wish we could have been updated b4 checking in. We also were not able to utilize a veteran discount on your site."
