"Nice hotel. Staff was polite and helpful, and the place was kept super clean. Loved the free afternoon cookies and having access to Starbucks drinks at the grill in the lobby. I gave a 4 star rating because even though many of the amenities were top notch, my travel companion and I both felt that the beds were not the most comfortable. However, if in Reno, I would stay there again just because it is conveniently located and has other amenities I appreciated."

"Room was clean, pillows smelled musty as in "boy oil", or other people's sweat. Heater was noisy. Room, halls, elevator, lobby, and food area were overall clean, full kitchen was a nice feature. A hotel of that size however, should definately have more than 2 luggage racks. On our way out, we were on a time limit and ended up carrying our luggage out. It took us 3 trips to the second floor, and we are old."

"What a treat, we really enjoyed this property. It was well appointed and very quiet. Close to many dining, shopping and entertainment options. The breakfast offered had all the options we could have wanted. If any note to management, I would say that you're doing great; and could you please upgrade your bathroom tissue to a product more in keeping with the high end vibe of the property? A small item in a stellar visit! We will definitely stay here again!"
