"First and foremost, the finest service and staff around! We are grateful to Marcos, Obama, Elias, Hassania, and all the staff behind the scenes who made our stay exceptional and memorable. The riad itself is beautiful and full of charm, the room was nicely sized, the bathroom and shower was very nice, and the riad is in a very convenient location. As two women travelers, we felt safe and very well taken care of. The food was delicious as well, albeit a bit pricey. Highly recommend this riad."

"Excellent service especially with Mohammed. He personally took us to the nearby restaurant area and gave us warning to avoid falling victims to scammers. He came to pick us up from the restaurant after dinner. He always welcomed us with a big smile and quickly responded to our requests. "Expedia rates this Riad as "impressive". Well, they're many impressive riads in Fez, but this is not one. The building is nice and could be a wonderful riad, but it's poorly managed and maintained with a result far worse than in pictures. It's definitely not a 4 starts hotel, as pretended, rather a B&B. Two people take turns 24 hours, sleeping in the sofas. They do their best, but this is not the kind of service one can expect. Breakfast is correct, not excellent. The rooms in the upper floor...
