Our couch was broken, pull out bed would barely come out and couldn't get it to go back in. Pool wasn't open and honestly thought it was an indoor pool from the description. The elevator was very scetchy as well. Was not impressed for the money I spent.

Room exceeded expectations and came with a stunning view with floor to ceiling windows with Lakefront view of Lake Michigan and a great view to the north of the city. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. I would absolutely stay there again when in Chicago!
