We had booked breakfast as part of our stay, but unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told this wasn’t showing on the system and that we would need to pay again, which we did. We later found our booking confirmation showing that breakfast was included, and the hotel was helpful in resolving this and provided us with a refund. Overall, we had a good stay and appreciated that the issue was sorted out."
