"Beautiful hotel on lake lucerne. We were able to swim in the lake and lay on the lawn chairs. Breakfast was delicious. Had a very nice stay."

"Great hotel for one or two nights. The rooms are modern spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool needs updating however the sundeck and sunbeds were perfect. There are very few restaurants within walking distance but it’s only 15 minutes on the train into luzern."

La colazione è buona anche se non troppo varia, ma manca un’alternativa al vegetale al latte, e questo penalizza molto la colazione. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e il soggiorno è confortevole in generale."

"Quite possibly the nicest hotel I've stayed in, made more so by the attention by the staff, but also the incredible location and views. We were made to feel very welcome, staff were very friendly and to my daughter's delight, the mini bar was included! We had a room with a view of the lake and mountains. It was simply stunning and worth a little extra for that room. We are planning another trip to Switzerland so we can stay at the same hotel."

"Hotel location is directly across from Lucerne main train station and tours depart from a nearby bus park, so it’s very convenient. The lobby area is nice, but small. Staff was very good and always ready to help. Our room was small and it was very difficult to squeeze into the shower. There’s bathroom lacked towel bars. There’s no AC and our room faced a courtyard car park, so no breeze. The hotel was acceptable, but if you are staying during hot weather, would recommend finding a hotel with AC."

"The staff was super helpful. They even offered to park my car even though they don’t have valet service. The location was excellent and very close to the center of the old town and walkable to all the sites. The building itself is 500 years old, so there are some unavoidable creaks and old bones."

"Beautiful property, customer service was good and staff at reception were helpful. Improvements in the room service and restaurant offering around dietary requirements is important. Awareness of dietary requirements was limited, but implementation of these at restaurants was poor. The restaurant menu had no callouts of dietary requirements which was a must travelling with allergy, the food choices for gluten and coeliac were significantly limited.
