"This was a top class property. The room and all facilities were modern, clean, and in perfect working order. The location is amazing - a short walk to the lake, a great walk around the lake, and a fantastic castle/museum just down the road. The only issues we had were: There was no Enlish version for the self-check-in process, so there was a bit of guesswork. This made finding our room a matter of checking all the doors with the access card. The email with the room number only arrived sometime...

"This is a delightful boutique hotel. The front desk staff couldn’t be more welcoming, helpful, and seemed truly happy to have us as a customer. The room was a decent size for 2 adults with 3 bags. The windows opened fully to allow fresh Swiss air to circulate. We love the metal blackout blinds that also help with noise reduction. The king size bed was quite comfortable, plenty of pillows, and the typical fluffy duvets. There’s nice little touches that few hotels we’ve used in 6 weeks traveling...

"Great property, but the staff is what made me submit a review. Antonia at the front desk made our two days in Zürich better than we could’ve imagined. She suggested restaurants and things to do and treated us with respect and care. I could tell she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time, and that is incredibly valuable these days."

"5 min away from the old town; clean and a relatively spacious room, great view from the roof top bar. The shower might be difficult to get in or get out of. Small elevators, but I think that is typical in Swiss hotels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. "
