"Our stay overall was good - the main reception, housekeeping, and most restaurants staff were welcoming and helpful. However, a few staff had attitude issues that really need to be addressed. The $100 Expedia guest voucher was also a disappointment - it wasn’t clearly explained, and I was sent back and forth trying to use it.
