The condo is very clean and appeared to be new. The digital check-in process worked well. We had trouble figuring out the TV, called for help and we received a response within minutes. Room floor was dirty but overall the rest of the room was ok. Staff was nice except for one individual who was upset as she was not notified that we had purchased the shuttle and had our room till noon. Was not our fault she was not informed so please don’t be upset with us.
