"Breakfast is good but it needs variety for a 3 nights stay. Thankful for Helen the staff who helped us on how to explore the City of Zurich and gives us detailed information on how to take trains. A little disappointed of the other 2 staff (one named Addes) that was in the customer service. They are not helpful and open with customer. They answered direct questions blocking communication which makes you hesitant to ask for more. They don't even ask you if your questions are answered or you have more questions. I suggest that staff should be approachable and be friendly showing a welcoming smiles for the guest. "
