"We had three different rooms. First room air conditioner was fantastic. Although the bathroom door was busted out and the room could use a little bit of TLC second room air conditioner works for a little while didn’t turn into like a sauna and a few bugs came out, but the management did their part and relocating us to the room next-door where the air conditioner is nice and cold and it is actually a little bit more modern updated in a sense. Management pretty nice couple. A little pushy and I don’t know maybe moody but it’s also business professional. I understand that part but they have an overnight front desk/I guess whatever needed guy named Jesse and he is an amazing worker. He’s very kind and very courteous and from what I understand, he was here before new management took over and he’s still here and honestly, I could see him in a higher position than what he is because he really has great public relations and professionalism while still taking time to greet you with a pleasant smile and kind attitude. He works a lot and I think he definitely deserves definitely a thank you pay increase people like that deserve incentives and appreciation. Thank you Jesse at RODEWAY INN ABILENE, TEXAS WEST"
