"Es waren leider nicht die Zimmer, die ich gebucht hatte! Ein 3-Bettzmmer ist kein Zimmer mit Aufbettung. Die 3-Bettzmmer hatten wir bereits immer in den Jahren zuvorgebucht, da wir einen Behinderten haben u. der Zugang zu dem Zimmer auf gleicher Höhe wie der Parkplatz ist. Dies war uns bekannt. Ein 3-Bettzmmer war bereits belegt und das eine 3-Bettzmmer haben wir nur erhalten, da ich darauf bestanden habe und sonst abreisen würde. Man soll nicht versuchen die Gäste für dumm zu halten, war...

"Uns hat das Gesamtpaket von dem Hotel gefallen. Hervorzuheben war das Essen/hervorragende Köchin, sehr nettes Personal und eine schöne Sauna. Weiter so....."

"I had a very good surprise!! The hotel is completely refurbished, all the rooms and stairs were renovated and are very clean and comfortable!!! The decorations in the hotel also make it as very nice experience in middle of Nature. The staff is very friendly and helpful, no costs for the parking place and the breakfast is delicious!!! The only negative point is the shower, the water get hot and cold all the time, difficult to get a comfortable adjust. But I really recommend the place."

There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! The meals were delicious and glutenfree was provided. I recommend a stay here."

"A place to feel at home! The breakfast is extraordinary with a huge variety and very friendly staff. We liked the possibility to sit and have a coffee or cocktail around the bar area with comfortable sofas and daylight. You should try the homemade "Waldschlösschen" cake! Delicious! We will definitely stay at the Parkhotel again, when we are around next time."
