"We had a standard room, which was clean, comfortable, and spacious for two people. The only downside was that the shower faucet was not working properly. We reported the issue and were told that a plumber would come to check it, but unfortunately, no one came during our stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful. They also assisted us in finding a parking spot, which was much appreciated, as the hotel’s parking tends to be full, especially on weekends.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and...

"Honestly I wouldn’t stay here again…. Yes the girl who works the mid-day shift was great, but that’s not enough. The breakfast isn’t worth €22, my bathroom smelled like rotten fish, the bed/mattress wasn’t great, and the AC didn’t work the best. Like using the remote shouldn’t be hard but it wasn’t functioning the way I expected with the buttons I pushed. Annoying. Also whoever designed it seems confused and did not design anything with a logical mind. None of the rooms are the same, there’s no...

The location is fantastic, especially for anyone looking to explore Brussels. The hotel is just a 2–3 minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient to travel directly to Brussels Central and the downtown area (the...
