"Wow – what an incredible place! Staying at Joy Hotel felt like coming home to family. From the moment we arrived, Kostas gave us the warmest welcome, instantly putting us — and the kids — at ease. "Super nice facility and staff. It is a family owned and well maintained facility. The owner, the girl managing the front desk, told us everything we need to know, where to eat, where to shop, what activities are good, where to park, and more. She booked a volcano tour for us, we loved it. She arranged an airport-to-port transfer for us, basically, if you ask, she knows it and will help you. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. I will recommend this accommodation to everyone in a heartbeat."

"This is more a review of the hotel staff The hotel team were friendly and helpful. There were a few things we did not like and they tried to help offering a transfer to a sister hotel. We accepted the transfer after 1 night. The restaurant team were great, explained each dish and made suggestions on how to eat the local starters. Negative is the meals too long to come out the kitchen (dinner was 2 hours as we had to wait almost approx 1 hour for the main). Breakfast was varied and...
