"The property is pretty landlocked, all the delivery options take over 30 minutes to arrive and public transport is the cheapest way to get into the city without a car. My room had a during cockroach in it when i first entered, its a very very good stay for the price but staying again wouldn’t be my first option"

"This was the worse experience Ive ever had, broken fridge, microwave, cable tv with no signal, and a unwilling staff…every time i went to office hoping for a resolution i was told “ sorry for the inconvenience” at thats it. So I had to waste our 150$ in takeout…couldn't warm it or refrigerate it…the TV only broadcasted 3 shopping channels and no signal for everything else. This place should not be open for business…do not reserve this place!!!!!"

"The rooms were a bit hot and you couldn't put the heat down lower than 72. One of the lights by the bed was broken. The gym was fine but could have used another elliptical. The breakfast was okay. There was a great hiking trail behind the hotel. That was a huge bonus."

The bed creaked loudly at the smallest movement, the suitcase stand was so wobbly it was hard to put our luggage on it; and the Internet was frustratingly slow, the kind of WiFi speed you would get at a three star hotel 15 years ago. "Elevator not working upon arrival and staff did not make us aware until after check in. My wife has health problems. I could barely make it up the steps had we known upon check-in about the elevator not working we rebooked a new room and they charge security deposit without telling us anything."
