"The bedding was terrible"

"For a cheap hotel it was awesome! Clean, nice staff, easy access. The breakfast was too based on carbs. I’m diabetic and it wasn’t good choices for me but good coffee."

"We were late getting in due to flight problems, they were very accommodating, no elevators due to problems so the young man carried then to the second floor. The contental breakfast was plentiful and had excellent variety. "

"Self help snack bar scanner didn’t work and staff was no help. Coffee maker broken, mattresses old and worn out. Shower fixtures loose and falling off. TV shuts off after a few minutes and staff said we had to unplug it every time we used it. I’ve machine on 4th floor did not work."

"For how much the hotel cost the rooms were NOT well maintained. The hotel also did not keep track well of the state of the rooms. When we initially checked into our room we noticed that the first room they gave us had a fully deconstructed toilet with the seat literally resting on the bathroom countertop.
