"I was surprised that our room had no microwave, refrigerator or coffee maker. I thought they were pretty standard items in hotel rooms. The hotel was lovely, clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back. It was also a great location as the water front and numerous restaurants and shops were within walking distance."

"We stayed here for 3 nights as a family of 4 (in two rooms). The staff was accommodating, the layout of the hotel was great. We enjoyed some time at the pool, and I made use of the gym. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional! Unlike any other "hotel breakfast" you'd expect. So many options and it could get a bit chaotic if you were there during the busiest time, but still worth navigating the madness for the yummy food. Location was perfect for a family looking to spend a lot of time in Fisherman's Wharf. Lots to do within easy walking distance of the hotel! We happened to be there during the World Cup (but not FOR the World Cup) which meant room rates were a bit inflated, but it was still a relatively affordable option given the rates at other comparable hotels in the area. I would love to return in an off-season, and would likely stay here again."
