Der Empfang war nett und immer erreichbar.
Die Klimaanlage/ Heizung ist leider relativ laut .

"Room was clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. When the temperature spiked, they were quick to change from heating to a/c to avoid the unpleasantness of guests feeling too hot. Plenty of parking as well. And for dog lovers, very pet friendly. About a 15 min walk to the festival theatre and 4 min drive to “downtown Stratford”"

"The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. I locked myself out and he came to my rescue even though the office closed at 10. The room had been renovated and was very clean. I will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Stratford! Thank you!"

"Parking was very easy ... outside your door! The owners are very well known and liked. If you want somewhere quiet and clean, this motel is excellent. Not in the hustle, bustle of downtown. Near a great market and within a good distance of the mall, restaurants, Walmart, etc. "

Comunication was pitiful regarding gaining access into the building.
Poor communication regarding parking after the fact of booking the room but made up for it by answer the phone and giving accurate details
Couch is needs to be replaced.
