"Booking in at reception was very easy and the receptionist ( Caroline .. I think !) was warm
Welcoming and very friendly, explained everything and made sure we knew who to contact with any problems.
We were on the top floor the room was clean tidy and all amenities worked good supply of tea and coffee and a full size kettle, iron and ironing board and proper hairdryer .. rooms are a little tired and the carpet could do with a good clean but the bedding was spotless and the bed very...

"Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The room was spotless and the amenities were excellent, including the well-stocked small fridge with food and snacks. The weather was exceptionally cold during our stay, and unfortunately the small heater wasn’t quite enough to keep the room comfortably warm."
