"Everything was super nice, breakfast had great options, pool was very nice and loved using the hot tubs! Only thing I didn’t like was at 8am a worker was using loud tools to cut down Palm tree branches, otherwise amazing and will for sure stay again!"

"hated breakfast i looked at it, didn't for how it looked or what u had didn't eat any during my stay, parking ok. and because rooms for disable person can be double beds i was told i had to keep that room and he couldn't changed it, i think it was more he didn't want too. almost fell twice in that dam shower."

"Great location to Disney Parks. 10-15 minutes from Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. Lots of good restaurants in the area too. Some good local non-chain restaurants too. Also a Target and Dunkin right there. The breakfast is just so-so. Standard set up with a waffle station. You’re not getting fresh fruit and all that. They charge $20 a night to park a vehicle as well. We were on the 2nd floor. They have an outdoor basketball court and mini soccer field. Kids played past 8/9pm. Made it tough...

"If you want to drain out your money without worrying, you are very much welcome to stay in a Disney Resort. The best part was the continuous worry free shuttle service between the hotel and the parks. The rest, including the foods, beverages or even a simple sandwich is 3x times more expensive then anywhere else. For the restaurants for dinner you have to prebook via the Disney app and all of them are super expensive too."

"It's a high volume Orlando hotel in walking distance of the entrance to Universal, so you anticipate crowds and a little wear-and-tear. It has everything you need for a day or two at the parks. The shuttle service is one amenity recommending getting on as soon as practicable, as we were not able to secure a spot. We ubered, and it was slightly more than the parking fee. Jim in the dining area was amazing on both mornings. My kids loved the warm interaction you don't often see. Recommend asking...

"There is not adult hot tub and the water park closes at 5pm when you aren’t able to check-in until 4pm, so we were never able to go which was part of why we went there. "

"One reason i booked was expedia review about breakfast which is completely incorrect. They just have basic cold breakfast compared to much better breakfast i had at other places. Also the breakfast counter is so small that you need to wait long. I would never stay here. Stayed here 7 days and it was not upto the mark. Look at google reviews which is more accurate."
