"Oof, where do i begin. The staff was initially helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the actual building was a mess. Awful smell in the area outside the elevator, the buttons in the elevator didn't work (staff ran up the stairs to call the elevator from our floor...), awful smell in the hallway, godawful smell in the bedroom, room looked run down and in need of a little paint or facelift. Though we reserved for 3 nights, we didn't even stay the first one. To make matters worse, management...

"Poor service and staff members would not cooperate. Cleanliness was horrible and hotel room felt unsanitary. Bed sheets were dirty and hair was everywhere. We were also told on Expedia that extra mattresses are available free of charge, but when we asked the front desk they said their website doesn’t say anything and that they won’t do anything about it (even though Expedia’s official booking page where we booked from, promised extra mattresses). Bad experience, would not recommend."

"This is the first time we’ve been unhappy at a Hampton Inn. It appeared the floors had not been vacuumed! We collected what I think was cat hair on the bottom of our shoes!! Then the bathroom floor was still wet, so I wiped it with toilet paper. The paper was not only very dirty, but full of A LOT of hair. It was extremely gross!!"

"Good continental breakfast. Hotel’s rooms pictures are deceiving. They are not what they show when selecting a room. They don’t clean your room if you don’t ask. They don’t collect your garbage if you don’t ask."
