The Cooling system in our room did not work. When we arrived the room was at 62 degrees and we could not turn the heat on to bring the room to a normal temperature. Very nice hotel, but for how much it cost, it would be nice to have something included. Everything carried its own fee, and they wouldn’t even let us eat their own food in the lobby bar.
