"⭐ 1 Star Review My experience at the Stratosphere Hotel in Las Vegas was extremely disappointing. The staff was terrible—unprofessional, mentally incompetent, and completely unable to provide basic customer service. The bathtub in my room would not drain properly, causing water to pool every time it was used. This should have been addressed long before guests were assigned to the room. The worst part of my stay was that nobody informed me that the luggage storage area closed at 7:00 PM....

"When I plug into my room there was still stuff left from a previous person that was staying in the room the room was straightened but it was still items left in the bathroom and on a Shelf."

"The beds are very comfortable and amenities were great. Parking was a little confusing but the staff helped me every time I got confused. Amazing architecture. 10/10 would go again."

"Central strip location in the Linq Promenade. Flamingo property is being renovated and the rooms were spacious. Many restaurants and food hall on site and many more places to eat in the Linq Promenade. I would stay again."

"No one made me mad. There was a broken side table that I reported as soon as I got to my room, that didn’t get repaired/replaced during my six day stay, but there’s a Dole Whip machine in the lobby cafe, and that makes up for a lot."

"The room was very spacious and clean, the hot tub did take a while to fill up but it was nice to relax in, prime location connected to the miracle mile shops. Everyone was extremely helpful and had no issues checking in or out, will keep coming back anytime I go the Vegas."
