"Rooms are attractive and well appointed except for the lack of a coffee pot. Can't recommend this hotel if you want to sleep before 2AM. Sound travels easily from room to room and our adjoining guests were extremely loud late nighters. Also, despite the red card warning guests of a $599 fine for smoking, the smell in our room of marijuana was overwhelming at times. Like most Las Vegas hotels, it's hard to leave the building without walking through the casino that was also smoke filled. On the...

"Terrible.. breakfast was a cheap microwave sandwich and the muffin is over cook taste like cardboard. They didn’t told me there is a construction doing next to my room,8am-6pm and I asked to changed room after I found it’s every day thing. Who would want to stay a room next to construction!? The pillow is cheap and flat couldn’t sleep. I had to use my travel neck pillow to sleep… everything is terrible!"

"Do not stay here. While the rooms themselves are acceptable, the management practices are concerning. I was charged a $500 smoking fee even though I did not smoke in the room. After looking into it further, it appears other guests have reported similar experiences. When I attempted to contact customer service to dispute the charge, I was repeatedly placed on hold and eventually disconnected. The lack of support and transparency was extremely frustrating. "Clean room and very friendly and helpful staff but they have a lot of construction going on at the moment so it was easy to get lost and it made the overall appearance of the hotel less appealing inside."

"Room was clean, food was fabulous at the Cafe Americano, service from staff was friendly but when I dealt with the front desk staff both with checking in and out … I didn’t feel like they went above and beyond. I had been told by others that had stayed there that when you check in they make you feel appreciated and welcome. I didn't get that sort of treatment. The woman hardly looked up from her screen and when I asked a couple of questions I was given short curt answers. "
