"My hubby and I went for a quick getaway. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed. It’s impeccably clean! It’s unique having your own mini house and walking distance to town. With the whimsical and magical decor it was so romantic and felt like we were in Europe somewhere. We would turn on the fireplace and read our books in solitude. Soooo cozy! The communication was 5 star and only regrets we have are having to leave! Can’t wait to go back🌲🍁"

"Our experience at the Estate house property was exceptional. Not only was the location perfect, but the customer service by Patrick was superb. Patrick was very prompt with his responses whenever I had any questions or concerns. He met with us when we arrived at the property on the first day to give us a brief tour of the house and was very cordial. I have stayed at other properties in Big Bear but nothing beats the experience I had on our stay at the Knickerbocker Mansion and Estate. Patrick definitely made the experience much more pleasant with his quintessential customer service he provides to his clients. He seems very genuine in wanting to help. I will definitely recommend it and I’ll definitely stay here again for our next visit at Big Bear."
