"Good-sized rooms, lovely bay views and sunsets, and a decent pool. Unfortunately, the service falls short. Stained bedsheets, limited dining beyond the buffet, difficulties arranging a taxi, and no pool towels one morning. Staff whistled while serving at the small lobby café, while valet staff rested their feet against the wall and seemed more interested in their conversation than helping guests.
For a property positioned as Guam’s best hotel, the facilities are decent. The service and...

"Worth every dollar. I have stayed at this location on and off for over 20 years and I can say the new renovations tremendously improve the rooms and the overall location is generally accessible to many things you want to do in Guam. Tumon has the touristy spots while you are stoned throw from KMart, the mall, and a good steakhouse downstairs. Overall I recommend the location and the price is very reasonable for the room cleanliness and amenities. Only set back was that they didn’t provide any...
