"Never Again!!! When we arrived at our room. Door card would not work. Got a new one. It didn’t work. Maintenance came. Door was stuck. Inside room it smelled like something died!!! It was the refrigerator! Maid came and cleaned again. This was within the first hour of our arrival. Next morning coffee maker didn’t work. The hotel was not able to repair or replace it. Continental breakfast was waffles and white toast. No fruit or muffins. At least there was coffee. Bathroom sink very slow to drain. The police were there twice the first night. Front desk said they do that. Staff attitude was we are full so you get what you get."

"This was a perfect property to stay if you need to catch flight from Burbank in the early hours of the morning. The staff was helpful, courteous and friendly. Neighborhood sketchy but they have gated parking at night. I felt very safe as a solo traveler but would no wander neighborhood. Good Shopping and restaurants close by. "

"The hotel was fantastic! Loved that you didn’t have to leave the site to enjoy a bit of everything! The check in staff was great. However the bar staff, SO SO RUDE. We walked up to the bar as we had a credit, and it was during happy hour. She took our order and never once checked in on us again, she had her back to us and all other parties the entire time. She literally took the man next to us’ orders with her back facing him, he was even confused. She acted as if every guest was bothering her. We ended up just getting up and going after our meal since it was so unpleasant and we had given them the room number to charge. Before we left something told me to take a picture of the menu and lo’ and behold when we checked the charges we realized we had been overcharged and not happy hour prices. We went downstairs to speak to them and she acted as if she had no idea what had happened. She then agreed she took our order, yet then claimed to go to lunch and didn’t help or was around, yet then claimed she was the only one working when we told her she was in fact there and being rude to all the guests. So which was it?She then claimed that the drinks we ordered were not on the happy hour list, manager then said otherwise. We ultimately got things resolved but it honestly just felt like she was trying to inflate the bill for the service charge. Again, hotel was great but just that interaction at the bar gave a huge YUCK! And would look into staying next door AC Hotel"

"We stayed a night on our anniversary trip and were treated like VIPs. Upgraded room with a view of the Hollywood sign, complimentary drinks at happy hour, and the food and beverage credit. Everything was wonderful! Thank you! We'll be back."
