"Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, and staff was friendly, fun, and helpful. It was difficult to make dinner reservations so we were only able to eat at two of the specialty restaurants but the buffet food was good. My only complaint was the snack bar. Even though it’s on the beach and near the pool you couldn’t go in there with a bathing suit on, which was a little annoying during the day when you wanted to get a snack while being at the pool. Otherwise we had a great time and would definitely choose Riu Palace again. "

The food is authentically Jamaican, the entertainment is Jamaican.
The beach was great, service was great (Taniki, Loretta, and Donovan).

"What a gem! We loved it here. The food was great. The location is close to the airport but still very secluded. The room was amazing and we LOVED the private beach. Overall an amazing place to stay whether it’s for a short trip or a longer one. "
