The staff was amazing and attentive (especially Hamid and Kevin), the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible, the bedding was great, and the grounds made you feel like you were on a retreat. We loved the intimate feel and getting to know the staff. We were sad to leave but look forward to the opportunity to return!"

"We stayed in a family room by the pool. It was awesome. Great property. Lovely staff. Comfy beds. Delicious breakfast. Pool was warm. Hot tub could be hotter. Wish there was a microwave in the room. Pool was very nice, and while the resort does overall seems family friendly, the pool is overall somewhat small and includes a swim up bar...so kids jumping, thrashing, splashing around isn't necessarily compatible. I did feel like I had to police my kids quite a bit to prevent them splashing people...

The grounds are well kept and the flowers and wildlife are beautiful as well as the amazing view from the upstairs outdoor seating area. I loved having a kettle and coffee machine in the room with tea and coffee available as well as a refrigerator and ample space to spread out and unwind. "Host Tracy was fantastic and speaks flawless English. She helped arrange a last-minute tour for us and clearly wants to be helpful. The “treehouse” was beautiful. Not much common sitting within the unit, but between the hammock and outdoor seating we were very comfortable. It was wonderful waking up in the treetops! A yummy breakfast is available for $10. "
