"A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...

"The stay was good. except for parking! Due to having to pay to park, everywhere and no courtyard or pool at the "Marriott Courtyard" this wouldn't be my first choice in the future. The front desk clerk also charged my card $200 for parking that I didn't request, I had to spend extra time to resolve this issue as well."

All public area well maintained and lobby smells always good. Very convenient location with many restaurants around. Shuttle is a plus! "great location close to metro and old town, we only had one day in the city so dropped off our bags at 11 and headed out to explore the city since check in wasn't until 3. We went all over the place and were exhausted and wanted to shower before our 5:30 dinner reservation. we tried to check in at 3:40 and the receptionist said yours not ready and could not tell us when it would be since house keeping hadn't even arrived yet. She said she would call us when it was ready.... she did not i went...

"Stay wax fine, the rooms were clean. Shuttle service is extremely unreliable- they say it runs the top of every hour but we waited in the airport well over an hour for pickup. Also don’t count on free fresher coffee. We stayed 2 nights And got 1 voucher girls breakfast, they said this was how it is always done. Ok location near the airport and a short distance to old town. Near a grocery store too. Likely won’t stay here again"

"When i got there, everything looked OK. No issues, I was there for a conference so there was two things I absolutely needed: coffee and an iron/ ironing board. The coffee was there but no cups.. when I went to iron my clothes the ironing board was broken..I called the front at 730a and asked for both things, they said I'll let housekeeping know but they don't get in until 8a... right when my conference starts.. Great.. went there without caffeine and slightly ironed clothes. It took the next day...

"DO NOT STAY HERE. Pictures are photoshopped/ the reality is horrible. Carpet not been vacuumed and had loose debris as well as stains/fraying. No vacuum to use except hand vac. Hair stuck to the floor/cabinets in both bathrooms, and mold in the caulk in the floor and bathtub as well as rust in the medicine cabinet. Bathroom countertops and marble floor had permanent stains. The beds were foam and sunk to the boards underneath. The pillowcases had not been washed well and still smelled. After...

"The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!"
