"My husband and I are regulars there but this time it was a different stay. We heard doors slamming in the zen area and we never received a microwave we requested twice."

"It is a great location for this property. It is near the pier, restaurants, and shops. Yet it is tucked away in a quiet area. We were able to get parking right in front of the hotel (on the street) and could see the car from our window. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was nice to sit outside in the evening and have a drink in a quiet square in front of the hotel's entrance. We also enjoy breakfast at the restaurant connected to the hotel. We would come back to stay there again. "

"What a beautiful location, comfortable room and nice breakfast bar which was included with our stay. The only reason I have a 4 out of 5 stars was the price. We stayed only to be close to the airport after my daughter had spinal cord surgery to cut down on travel time the day of our flights (we had been in Largo MD almost 3 weeks). It was a comfortable room, but overpriced."

"The location of the hotel is within minutes of DC- and restaurants of Arlington, VA. There is a lot of local flavor and entertainment along with a bus transit to Alexandria or Pentagon City. Good Price for the location"

"The light over the bed did not work. Most hotels offer usb and usb-c ports for your electronics. You don't. No dresser drawers for you to put your clothes in if you're staying for more than just a weekend. You cannot control the temperature of your room. The tv's hdmi hookup didn't work, forcing us to use a tv that is a pain to navigate and slow to process. If you're going to force us to use an app to watch, then allow us a better selection of apps. This is also the first hotel in years...
