"Family based review- room and hotel were clean. Water slides and pool were a kid favorite but COLD, it’s not heated so spring break time after hour and half of swimming kids were done. No extra towels in swimming area and we were a family of 5 in our room. Could not reach the front desk despite attempts to call during our stay from room. Every we went to desk either they were on the phone or helping another guest. Our kids are little so they were able to share a towel after bath so my suggestion...

"Nice room with an artificial fireplace that added an elegant aura to the room. We had a descent view of the mountain top. Sightseeing opportunities were within walking distance. Paid parking was convenient at hotel. Excellent staff (Brianna) made trip memorable. The hotel restaurant's Chefs made some delicious food."

"Property was nice and clean. Quiet but within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. Parking is not great with additional cost to park on their property. Breakfast was what is expected, nothing fantastic but convenient to an early morning breakfast without leaving the hotel. I was well satisfied with our visit."
