"We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...

"I needed a handicap room because of walking issues. First off. I had to walk to the middle of the building to get to my room. Then the picture in ad of a walk-in shower which I needed for handicap was a small bathtub with hand rails. Why would a handicap room be in middle of hotel. No walk in shower. Also. I stayed from Thurs thru Sunday. Not once did housekeeping come to my room. No clean towels or trash emptied. And the side exit doors weren’t able to be used to come in. Just out. The side...

"The Quality inn is definitely starting to lack in quality. The wall paper is peeling, there was a hole in the bathroom door, webs and dead bugs around the windows. The bathroom had a cigarette odor. This hotel is in serious need of major upgrades. It was tolerable for the one night I needed but if it was any longer I would have requested my money back. It is definitely time for the owners to put some TLC into this place. "

"I didn’t expect much due to peers staying here and having poor experiences, but I was still unfortunately disappointed. The room felt like it was holding up with Elmer’s Glue and scotch tape. Two electrical outlets were actually only connected to the wall with scotch tape and had open wires shown. The sink faucet didn’t provide enough water to wash one’s hands, making hand sanitizer I keep in my care as my only option. As someone who’s allergic to dogs and smoke, having the room smell like both...

"Advertised airport shuttle was not available, AC was not working in the entire hotel. Very dated hotel with thin non-soundproof walls."

"We stayed at The Parkview Hotel on a recent visit for accepted students at Syracuse University. The location was wonderful. We were a 15-20 minute walk to campus from the hotel, which was super convenient. The hotel decor is very dated and it is in the process of undergoing renovations, and possibly also a change in management (saw signs that Hampton Inn will be taking over Fall 2026). Although the hotel was very dated and in need of updates, the guest room was clean and the bathroom was well...

"My room was large and comfortable. The tv was not working and they sent a person up to my room to fix it very quickly. But I found some seeds on the floor and tags in the bathroom that were not from my clothes. Overall I had a great time and would stay again though"

"Everything was great, location was perfect. Staff amazing. Friendly , smiles. Accommodating. The only reason I did not give all star rating was they did not have plugs easily accessible. They also did not have lamps with charging ports for the phones."
