"everything was perfect I have no complains at all"

"I got trapped in Fresno while my camper was getting worked on and the Sonesta was a perfect place during this time! The staff were so friendly and helpful - I think it was Anthony that I interacted with the most. He was so great! Definitely made me feel safe and comfortable there. The pool was very clean and rarely was there anyone there. The streaming on both TVs in my room were not working. That was a little frustrating but I had my lap top so not a huge deal. The room was very clean as well!"

"We awoke in the middle of the night to the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in our room. Someone in an adjacent room was smoking, despite the hotel being designated as 'non-smoking'. My husband was running a marathon the next day, so it was really horrible! The front desk staff thankfully found us a new room for us to use for the next few hours. Not sure how to avoid this in the future (maybe choose a more highly rated hotel?)."

"Staff was excellent and very accommodating. The beds could have been a little comfier and the floor hadn’t been swept. Luckily, a broom and dust pan were located in the room. We made due with the iron given us by staff but did report it leaked. Otherwise, very nice stay and close to everything in Kerman."

"Found drugs under the bed, not cleaned very well."

"Really calm and quiet. Staff were kind , and helpful. Room was super clean. The building is old but it didn’t bother me too much, you can tell it’s old ."
