"Worst holiday inn I’ve stayed at. Bugs in the bed of my first room so they downgraded me to a different room. All the carpet was torn up in the elevator. The shower door was broken."

"We had reservations to spend one night here and fly away on our vacation. Due to a car accident we had to cancel our flight and spend one more night. The staff were so kind. I had spent the morning on n the phone and missed breakfast. They brought me fruit and yogurt. This was such a nice place. If I ever get another chance to travel I’ll be back!"

"Convenient to airport. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice variety for breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Inefficient air conditioner. Ran on motion sensor so when no one in room, it got so hot it took hours to cool. Very uncomfortable at night."

"I was greeted warmly and professionally. The restaurant was lovely, with excellent food. The furnishings throughout were comfortable and tasteful. It was easy to arrange for the airport shuttle. HOWEVER, my room had zero warm or hot water, which I had not realized until morning shower time(for my early flight). The front desk attendant, who greeted me from her seat/phone, said ‘just put it there on the counter.’ I followed by asking her to make some notes please…. I had no warm or hot water....

"Did not bring towels or take trash on a regular basis for a week long stay. Also, front desk staff was always on the phone and inconvenienced when asked for something. However, room was decent and breakfast was decent as well."

"The large refrigerator is very handy! We always travel with about 3- 4 days of prepared food and having the large microwave is also helpful. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. This is our second stay and we will stay again when passing through the area."

"I got to breakfast at 9:30 and there wasn’t any oatmeal, the eggs had cheese which I don’t like. I ended up having special k cereal like I have at home. Disappointed 😔"

"The hotel feels tired, the breakfast was sparse, there was no shampoo in the dispenser, but 2 conditioners, no mat in the tub, very slippery. The shuttle drivers were very nice."
