"The room was good and so was the pool. But they charged us another $21 unexpectedly when we checked in. There’s also three different door codes you need, losing the key is $20 and you get 1 towel each per day for the pool (which just seemed like a weird rule). It just felt like there was a lot of rules that weren’t there previously as we have stayed here multiple times before. Most likely won’t book with Grande Rockies again and instead book with one of the other companies that run out of there. "

" Stay there overnight for a medical appt as we are from out of town Hotel and property very clean Staff friendly Building and parking lot extremely dated and I'm sure the property will be flipped for future condo developments which is the rage in Canmore right now. I was frustrated that they have streaming service remotes etc. on site but do not offer any streaming services capability and the cable tv connection was poor. Volume and picture constant interruptions while trying to watch Property should remove ROKU devices from rooms if not providing streaming services Telephone also did not work"

"I loved the suite even though it was a little dated. I was very disappointed that I specifically booked this hotel for the night after I snowboarded all day to be able to soak in the hot tub but the hot tub was closed and we never received any notice that it wouldn't be available for our stay. Also, it's not clear how to get to the main building etc. from your room building. I also went to the gym which wasn't fantastic. It asked you to clean the machines but only provided a gross/used towel and the gym bathroom didn't have the paper towel filled etc. I just expected a lot more from the resort especially given that I picked it thinking it would be a lot more swank than it was. Location was good though and the room had everything I needed."

"I’d say the location was great, nearby shops, gym, etc. We drove from Calgary and it was easy to access. Parking was included but can get really packed specially behind the building and space to drive through can be really tricky. You can hear the train though, that’s why they provide earplugs in the bathroom, you can also hear foot’s steps from the above unit. For the room, we got the studio in the lodge with. Full kitchen, loved it. There’s also 24/7 front desk."
